Oddly enough, I was having trouble finding a black bed skirt for my daughter. So I did what most people do these days and “goggled” it. That’s how I found you!
I had some questions about the fabric and the fit, as my daughter had an antique iron bed, so I sent an email, expecting a response within the next few days. But what a pleasant surprise…I got a response within the hour accompanied with a photo and everything! Not only that, by the next day, your web site was changed to address my questions to make it easier for the next potential buyer! What terrific service!
But your great service did not stop there! When I ordered the product, I was uncomfortable with the payment type selection. You contacted me and changed it. And, now you have extended your payment types for everybody! Oh that every retailer listened to its customers like you do.
Then, even though each order is custom-made, I had my order shipment confirmation within 9 calendar days of placing the order, and actually received the goods one day earlier than promised…less than two weeks after placing the order!
The quality of the product was exceptional, and now, my daughter’s bed is complete! This won’t be the last time I shop at The Trendy Bed! I couldn’t expect more anywhere!
